IMPORTANT - FORM UPDATE
A new version of the online ethics form will be released on Thursday 17 September 2026. This version contains several improvements based on user feedback.
If you have already started a form in the system you may see a banner prompting you to update your form.
Clicking 'update' in the banner may void your answers and delete data already entered.
Please only update your form if you have entered minimal data and are happy to re-enter your answers. Otherwise, you should ignore the banner and continue to complete and submit your current form without updating.

Important note for students and supervisors - please review the Moodle course section on supervisor signatures and comments before completing these steps as this is a common place to get stuck.We've been notified of applicants experiencing issues when using the University's VPN - we recommend not using the VPN while accessing the system.
